Voting/Sign Ups
[ There’s a booth of sorts in the common area for people to sign up for three things: Roasting target, fashion show participation, and entering food for/participating in the spicy food competition.
For the roasting in particular, there is a list of rules that boil down to a pretty simple thing: don’t jab at triggers. When it seems like it’s getting to be too much (use common sense), that’s it - enough is enough. Kurama is overseeing this, by the way; so, if they take it too far, they’ll be dealing with this guy.
For the fashion show, the rules are within the prompt itself!
For the spicy food contest, it’s two separate lists! The first list is for entering their food, and there will be a number next to their name that will match the one being stuck to the food item. There’s a note that says a small prize will be given to whoever managed to make a food so spicy that nobody can finish it.
As for the second list? There’s actually something up at the top that says participation is voluntary; signing up means that the participants accepts that nobody else can be blamed, if the food winds up hurting the participants in some way, shape, or form. Also there’s a prize for whoever manages to eat each item, in full, without needing any kind of beverage or food to cushion the burning!

Comment here with your character’s name and put what they’re participating in on the subject line (i.e. “Spicy Food entry” or “Fashion Show participant” or “Fashion Show clothing entry”! If they win, regardless of type of participation, the prize will be given in a comment to your sign-up.
Certain contests will have limited participation slots available, due to limited prize considerations for some things (for instance, there is only one prize per category for the fashion show), so please consider carefully! ]

Fashion Show
[The fashion runway has been set up in a mix of whites, grays, and blacks, the color of ash and charcoal. Overall it’s fairly simple looking. After all, the real eye catching part is supposed to be what’s on top.
A smaller table sits to the side of the runway, with three chairs behind it. On top, card stock and markers sit for the judges to write down their scores. Winners of each category will be determined by an average of three scores out of ten.
Five categories set the design expectations: men’s formal, women’s formal, men’s informal, women’s informal, and truest to theme. The fifth accepts all styles of clothing, judging purely on how well the outfit manages to convey the idea of fire, while avoiding looking absurd. Each category has a full, high quality dinner as the prize, with a large Pyro Jack doll as the reward for best overall to be voted from previous winners. Characters may enter as many categories as they like, but can only win in one.]
(OOCly, people should post images or descriptions of their characters’ outfits. Store bought clothing is perfectly acceptable, contestants are being judged on ability to design a visually appealing outfit around a theme rather than any sewing talent or lack thereof.)

And the reason his chair is a little taller than the rest? Is to accommodate his wings, which have somehow turned the glossy black of an ordinary crow. Long strings of red and orange beads have been wrapped around the wings, slipped between the feathers and hanging down to emulate embers smoldering in coals, in much the same style as his nails. Even with the raised chair, the ends of his longest feathers still drag the ground behind him...but it doesn't seem to have detracted from his excited grin.]

She's rocking a rather understated suit. In deference to the theme of the night she switched out the green shirt for a red one, and while she doesn't normally go for jewelry she's added on a single silver pendant as a bit of an accent.
She's also actually wearing makeup, which is something none of you have seen her do before.]

She spins and her spear follows her, leaving a trail of heatless fire in it's wake. When the circle is complete, the fire rises up, obscuring Kyoko completely.
The flames swirl around her, solidifying in a burst of red light. She's now wearing a red yukata with a yellow flame design, and an apple shaped jewel on the obi.

[ For games, it's a pretty simple set-up!
The sign will inform most that one area is for a balloon-popping challenge! There's a large board with red balloons tacked to it, and Shido has been put in charge of handing out darts (and protecting them, because those are Goro's) to those who wish to have a go at popping them. There are three lines to stand on - three feet from the board, eight feet from the board, and then... fifteen for those who think They've Got This. Winners get a high five and some awesome coffee or cake, unless it was the fifteen-foot mark...
(Roll a d20 if they're going for the fifteen-foot mark, and they'll get a more customized prize for winning!)
A sign will tell you that Dunking happens about ten feet to the left, and that's what android help has been given on, alongside Kurama and Shido. The dunking booth is (just like something you'd see in a carnival, basically) where a random volunteer will sit in a chair that's inside a tube of water. A person outside will attempt to hit a bull's eye... If it connects, the person will be immersed in waist-deep (otherwise definitely under three feet) and very cold water.
Regardless of who is signed up for the Roasting, that's going to take place inside the common area that's not too far from where sign-ups happened.

[ There are three tables + chairs set up about a decent one hundred, or so, feet away from the Station.
The first table contains drawing paper and things to color or paint with. Everything is inside folders so that the wind can’t blow any of it away. There’s a sign here that indicates that this is the place to draw or paint something that represents something that the person is clinging to in a bad way. There’s also a note that says that the person can do “whatever they like” with the picture after this, with suggestions that shredding or burning it could be therapeutic.
Table two contains a lot of writing paper with jars holding pens and pencils. The instructions are basically the same as above, but tailored towards writing about whatever thing haunts each person.
Last, but not least, the third table contains kits for building a doll out of cloth, sand, string, and sticks. Alternatively, paper and glue work! The instructions for this point out that this was the original intention of the Effigy part - building a doll that represents a person that negative feelings are held toward, and then burning it.
On the other beach, away from where fire will be, there are the same three table setups, but with one difference: the doll station has cloth, sand, sturdy rope, and more cloth as an option. For this, the dolls can be made and then beaten up. The sign says that this is for those who are uncomfortable, in any way, with being around fire.
A second sign has been added, saying to please not create effigies of anyone currently residing in the Station.]

Fireworks, More Food, & Everything Else
[ The fireworks display, in brilliant shades of red and gold happens throughout the festival (no seriously there’s a ton of fireworks). Whenever the fireworks goes off, outlines of fire-associated creatures (mostly dragons and phoenixes) light up the sky… And Robin’s efforts at making sure nothing too obscene made its way in seem to be successful.
There’s been blankets and chairs set out for people who want to sit and watch the display at any point during the festival. ]
[ There is, perhaps, more food than you would necessarily think was appropriate for the amount of living in the station - but between everyone’s efforts, there’s more than enough. Ignis, in an effort to distract himself, maybe, has laid out a fair amount of skewers that he can grill as requested. There’s most forms of meat available in the station (except...maybe not any venison, but there’s definitely shark), as well as any veggies he’d manage to snag. If everything is coated in a spicy marinade and you don’t like spicy...oops?
There’s also curry available, courtesy of Akira, and with the help of everyone who offered, there’s enough that anyone can find something that fits their diet or preferences. Those weak to spice don’t have to worry about it! There’s even things for those who just want something sweet and fair-or-campfire appropriate, like funnel cakes and s’mores. The spread is actually incredibly impressive, though also...incredibly organized!
Except nothing’s been labelled, unless someone was kind enough to do it for Ignis. Again, oops?

[ Cleaning up is pretty straightforward. Akira’s been cleaning up throughout the event, in the form of picking up trash whenever he sees it. People are welcome to pitch in, wherever, but he won’t be pushing anyone to do anything, unless they’re a close CR and they happen to look bored… Even then, it’s a simple question of if they want to, or not. ]
