Not THAT kind of 'hot' celebrity...
Who: Goro Akechi and OPEN
What: Dealing with the changing weather.
When: 4/28-5/1, 5/2, and 5/6
Where: The beach, almost outside and then the common room, the common room and then outside.
Warnings: None expected, but talking to him about his latest network post might bring up topics of murder, neglect, abuse, child assassins, and mental illness.
[4/28-5/1: Down by the beach]
[Goro has been noticeably scarce again since his post about Shido...but this time, it's not because he's sleeping. People who venture to the beach will easily find him in or near the water, wearing a pair of swim trunks and a dark blue shirt, perhaps a size too big and open in the front, with the sleeves cut off. He seems to be enjoying swimming, occasionally coming up onto the sand for something to drink, but not staying long enough to fully dry off.
The observant, or those particularly wondering why he's swimming in a shirt, might notice that his arms are dotted with scars from claws, blades, even an occasional splotchy burn mark.]
[5/2: Almost outside, but nope.]
[It seems Goro was planning to visit the beach again today, since he's wearing the swim trunks and shirt as he heads outside...but those plans immediately vanish when he opens the door. Those near the ground floor exit will get to see him take half a step through the open door, before stopping in his tracks when he actually feels the temperature outside...and proceeding to spin on his heel and march right back inside. Nope. Nope. He's going to go play some video games instead.]
[5/6: Common room, then outside]
[Once the weather levels out, it's time to get back to a bit more normalcy in his routine...and that includes dealing with some of the stuff he's found in Fissures (now dressed in white pants and a black T-shirt, unfortunately with his usual 'HERO' cap and associated jewelry, with the addition of a softly glowing, rainbow bracelet made of dragon eel scales). After bugging Izunia for the bulkiest part of it, he's set up a table and chairs in the common room, in view of the wall used as a projector screen. Next is a dart board, which he hangs on a wall, fifteen darts in three colors stuck into the board in a circle.
After he finishes adding his contributions to the common area, he heads outside...but not to the beach this time. People might have noticed a bright blue bicycle leaning against the outside of the station for the past week and change. Apparently it belongs to Goro, since he can be found riding it through the late afternoon. He's not going anywhere in particular, apparently just breaking it in for some exercise...but at least he's enjoying himself?]

While I can't say I'm not providing what a number of people would consider a nice view dressed like this, most cultures consider female chests to be more overtly sexual. It's considered acceptable, if somewhat flirtatious outside of contexts where swimwear is expected, to show some cleavage, but completely bare breasts are strongly associated with...private activities.
[He's turning so red right now. How has his head not exploded yet?]

...that's odd, I'd thought the gods had given me these to feed my hypothetical children.
[ She's just. Linefacing forever, man. WHY ARE MOST CULTURES SO WEIRD DUDE ]
Where I'm from, most people wouldn't look twice. Well, there's still situations where you'd want to wear a shirt, but that would apply to everyone.
[ In other words, her culture treats topless women in more or less the exact same way it treats topless men. ]

If you want to swim without getting your ordinary clothes wet, there's a box in the annex, near the hot tub, that has tops suitable for swimming in.

And returning in a blue bikini top with pink polka dots]
Satisfied?

[He's still looking a bit awkward, but at least he's not refusing to look at her at all anymore. The rest is just because he's a prude who thinks it's shameful to show attraction to anyone he isn't interested in dating.]
At the very least, you aren't likely to give people the wrong impression now.

[ Not gonna apologize. ]
This is by far the silliest-looking garment I've ever seen.

[ She peers down at the shore, then picks up a tiny tiny hermit crab. ]
I have to say, I've missed this...

[ Which is probably why no one really cares who goes shirtless where she's from and she's also not dying of the heat? I'm just saying, if she's from a place that's just BEACHES JUNGLES ALSO MORE JUNGLES. ]
My father was ill for most of his life. He'd moved to the seaside when I was a child -- the doctors said that the air would do him some good. And it did, for a while...
The last time my mother let me see him, he'd take me down to the shore like this. I'd hide crabs in my pockets, and... well, he always made me bring them back, but he didn't seem angry.
[ Consistent reference to her father in past tense aside, it seems like a fond memory. ]

It sounds like a pleasant memory. ...You know, if you go up to the cliffs, you can find much larger hermit crabs. If I ever find a tank large enough, I'm planning on taking one back as a pet...maybe you could do the same.

[ Also the sort to be grumpy and tsundere around anyone who wasn't his human. ]
But it's something I'd keep in mind.
[ She does spy those lines, and studies them for a moment. Then she raises her right hand, and... well, on her inner forearm he'll see a largeish black tattoo that looks like a stylized dragon trying to deep throat a stylized sun. ]
If you don't mind me asking... Did you come upon such a scar willingly, or were you unfortunate enough to happen upon a terrible beast?

Some of the things I've fought in the past used electrical skills. I didn't have any supernatural healing back then, so they scarred.
They are beautiful, though, aren't they? I'm glad they're faint enough to be easy to hide when I'm pretending to be an ordinary teenager, but I have to say it's nice not having to worry about that here.

[ Note that she specified a girl, but. She's got a fair number of scars in various stages of fading herself, most of them looking like they came from claws and teeth and various bladed weapons. ]
