A behemoth is kind of like a horned canine. A very big one. There was a particularly dangerous one in the Niflheim tundra, last I knew. A karlabos is a giant crustacean, closest to a shrimp about the size of a truck.

But a kujata’s...you know those things your world apparently gets milk from, the one I argued with Leonard about for an hour or so? Imagine one of those, with enormous horns and built like a bulldozer. They’re also something like thirty feet tall, give or take a bit.
