Ours mostly just can't decide whether it wants to be a solar calendar or a bi-lunar one, and then the vast majority of adults spend no time whatsoever on the actual planet anyway, so the interstellar calendar is mostly the same as the planetary one but has its own little symbolic idiosyncrasies.
