DUNGEON - BELLMARE ENCLAVE (BELLMARE MOUNTAINS, PT 2)
The shadows are starting to grow very long as you crest his particular ridge - it's not night yet, but it will be soon. In the shadows of the afternoon, with a tall mountain already blocking the sun, lies a snow-covered valley that is different from the ones you've come across thus far in your investigation.
This valley is home to a town, and unlike all the settlements you've seen so far - Incendia, the Telovia mining town, and the manor - it's very much active. There are actual people in the streets, visible from above, going through their days on snow-free streets, bundled up against the cold.
Those of you who asked were told of the handful of people who didn't go into the slumber of stasis as the Fissure conditions of the world grew worse and worse, instead isolating themselves and trying to continue living their lives as they could. Now, it seems, you've found exactly such a group.
Welcome to the Bellmare Enclave, and enjoy your stay.
[[OOC: Welcome to part 2 of the dungeon! For the most part, interaction with the town's NPCs can be handwaved as described on the main information post. Worth noting are the following major things: The Bellmare Enclave isn't expecting visitors, though the people are generally friendly to the new arrivals. They don't know about the time dilation effect of their Fissure - to them, it's only been about eighteen years since the Slumber Plan was put in place and they withdrew from the world. And finally, by a similar token, they have no idea how far the Fissures outside of their own have grown - while it's not uncommon for them to find odd objects from time to time, they'll assume that the characters are just arrivals from other places within their own world, rather than outsiders, until told otherwise.]]

[Akira freezes at the next vision, though, because it's Kamoshida's Palace.
The male Akira and Morgana are engaging a Shadow in a fight, with the female Akira standing back and... apparently guarding Ryuji... unfortunately more Shadows swarm while the male Akira and Morgana are busy, and the female Akira shoves Ryuji out of the way of what would almost certainly be a mortal blow.
"Dude, your sister just--"
"Akana!"
The male Akira runs over, but stops short when he notices something. "Akana" is pushing herself to her feet, almost entirely unbothered by the, uh.
The hole in her gut.
The hole in her gut that has sparking circuitry. Okay. That sure is a thing.
"Akira. Sakamoto. Please, stand back... I'll take care of these guys." She grins, maybe a touch too sharply, before--okay. She just summoned a Persona. This is fine.
"Let's go, Fiend with Twenty Faces."]

[They're cut off by another vision playing out. He jolts badly when Akana protects the blonde boy (Sakamoto?), immediately distressed...
..but then....sparks and circuitry...? And a.... Oh god.]
Just like when Aigis is injured...

[... Don't mind as she scoots a bit closer to you, Minato, that kind of unnerved her, too.]

[Also he is pretty sure Akira is not a robot?]

[She's just... going to let her head all but flop against Minato.]

[He's seen something awful. He lets her rest against him.]
Maybe next one will be silly?

But already another vision is starting up behind them, a very familiar girl's voice shouts "You can't do this!"
The scene is most certainly on a spaceship,t hose sure are stars and planets out the window? It's a large field of grass, inside a spaceship. Two tall boys with short silver hair struggle to hold a very angry Akira back from physically fighting a...
...People don't usually have purple skin? Or hair that defies all gravity? Or clothes like that. That is almost certainly an alien, considering the setting, and a very smug looking one. At Akira's heels, a white shiba inu with little wings on a jacket bends low and growls. The crowd of teenagers consists of some familiar faces and some....very not. Minato is there. So is Minako. Everyone looks either shocked, distressed, or angry.
"It's a good thing your friends stopped you. Violence is such an unsightly Earth habit... But you've done well, coming this far. So I'll give you one chance...win this game, and we'll back off. Lose - and we will conquer your blue planet, and crush any opposition, and you will help us do it."]
...What?
no subject
"Kurusu." That's a sharp voice that surely Minato recognizes very well. The redhead it comes from steps closer to Akira, with a sharp look that makes Akira calm down when she sees. She relaxes a bit--though the two silver-haired boys don't let go just yet--and she fixes a hard stare on the alien. "Fine." The word's spat out with such venom, it's a wonder actual venom didn't manage to find its way out of her mouth. "We'll accept your terms."
A trio of girls standing near the back of the crowd exchange worried looks as the alien laughs. "Splendid. We'll allow your team some time to prepare. We're not barbarians after all."
Akira snarls quietly before turning her attention to the crowd of teenagers. "C'mon, then. We've got to win this."]
Th-that girl with the pigtails--was that Kujikawa Rise?

Some of the others begin stretching... There are worried whispers, and the boy who was holding Akira back who's wearing gloves punches a wall. "It's not your fault, Sanada." The older man with one ear pierced puts a hand on his shoulder. Sanada doesn't seem to fully buy it. A very small girl, whom Minato has seen for five seconds and yet would defend with his life, brings a water bottle to the boy with the bowlcut.
"So, Captain, what's our plan?" That'll be a familiar face to Akira, he's tall and blonde.]
Think so... Which other ones do you recognize? Some of SEES is there...

"I want to get a feel for their strategy, first, but we shouldn't take too long. We can't risk falling behind by a large margin early."
"Kurusu-san, will you be alright?" That's a small, androgynous person with a hat, who seems to be hovering close to someone who's undeniably a version of Goro.
"Yeah, I think so. We need to win this... not just for our own sake." Akira closes her eyes.
An older man with long hair and dressed in an... obnoxiously yellow suit leans back in his seat on the bench, looking over the shoulder of a girl that absolutely has to be Futaba as she types away furiously at a laptop. "If anyone can find anything here, it's you, kid. Keep working at it, okay?" Futaba doesn't respond.]
Um... Futaba-chan, Andy, Goro... I think the one with the hat is Shirogane Naoto... Ah, and Minako-chan, too. And... I think Kitagawa-kun might be there? Not that I'd know, I don't actually know what he looks like...
no subject
"You want to play, too?" She asks it, and it barks again.
"Well, we are down a member..." That is definitely Rise Kujikawa, judging by her voice. There's a boy wearing a baseball cap who butts in, "Wait! He's a dog!!"
From the bench, Morgana meows. Akira bends to the dog's level. "Alright. You're always with us anyway, so I'm sure you know how to play."
"Uh, hello? He's a dog? There's no way that's legal!" It...sounds like Minato, but comes from a boy with headphones around his neck? What gives?
"Not an official game, and his best friend is in trouble. If you were him and it was Seta in trouble..." And that is actually Minato. Headphones boy looks nervous as he glances at the guy with the bowlcut.]
Aside from them... The other guy who was holding you back is Akihiko-senpai, and the redhead is Mitsuru-senpai. The quiet girl in the back, near Kujikawa-san, is Fuuka-chan....the dog is Koromaru.
[So...who are the rest of them, and what the hell is going on?]
no subject
["And I mean, we do let Teddie play." That comes from Minako, gesturing at... that sure is a bear. Okay.
Seta walks over to the guy with the headphones, putting a hand on his shoulder in what's clearly an attempt at reassurance.
Akira gives Koromaru some ear scritches before standing up and starting to stretch as well.
A girl with fluffy hair who's wearing a pink sweater over her jersey makes her way over to Yusuke, making sure he's not distracted from the task at hand by the scenery.]

[”Yeah, against a bear-killer! That was pawsitively unbearable!" Amendment: that sure is a talking bear. Both Minatos crack up at the puns. Most of the others just ignore it, but a few groan.
"Alright, everyone, we're up against their leaders this time." The man with the earring - maybe a coach? - speaks up. "They'll be more powerful than anything we've seen before. I want you all to conserve your energy. Do not let them exhaust you in the first half."
"Thank you, Naoya-kantoku." That's Mitsuru. "Our battles are almost over. It has been difficult, but so far we've conquered every obstacle in our path. All of you have come so far in the time we've been fighting... Our families, the friends we've had to leave behind in hospitals, the victims whose homes and schools have been destroyed - they may not be here, but their hearts are with us. For our planet, I ask you to put your all on the line, one last time."
"Let's bring it home." Akira adds this.
The group seems fired up, after those words.... Naoya steps in again. "Our starting lineup will be... Kanji-kun, you're in the goal. Minato, Hanamura-kun, Seta, Takamaki, you'll be on defense. Kirijo, Akira-kun, Haru-kun, Akechi, you're our midfielders, and... Sanada, Koro-chan, I'm counting on you to be our strikers. The rest of you, be ready to swap in at any moment." Everyone nods. As they take their positions on the field, Naoya rubs his earring, and says quietly, "Kazuya... You're with us too, right?"]
...Are they...setting up for a soccer game...? [Against aliens? Fighting aliens with soccer?]
no subject
[The game starts, and... jeez, no wonder there was talk of people being hospitalized, these aliens are brutal. Still, the team's managing to hold their own pretty well, with Mitsuru calling the shots on strategy...]

Akihiko has control of the ball. He kicks it high, and starts punching the air with rapid-fire boxing techniques. As the ball falls back into where he was punching, he launches a roundhouse kick - a small explosion for every punch adds more power to the ball. He shouts "Assault Dive!" as the ball rockets into the net.
Minato blinks for a few seconds, then just pulls some snacks out of his inventory. He offers some to Akira.]
I give up. [Making sense of it, that is.]
