[23rd - gonna get some food in the house tonight]
[Minato has spent the last week unconscious, but now he is all of a sudden no longer in the medbay. He's in the kitchen. Because that's a week without meals, and he is a teenage guy after all. And he's a wildcard, to boot, they need a lot of food.

So, if you should happen to see a zombie shuffling through the hall to the kitchen, or staring into the fridge like it's an abyss of unfathomable deliciousness, do not be alarmed. It's just Minato. He'll be fine. Probably.]

[24th - walkin' down the street with my ostrich penguin]
[Life restored, Minato is getting back to daily life. You know. Music, books, napping, getting glued to a penguin...

Actually that last one is what we're here for. Minato and Akira (male version) can be found in the common room, fiddling with a blue inflatable tube shaped like a penguin. It might not be entirely clear what they're doing, but it's clearly taking some concentration.]

... [Minato lifts a hand, presumably to scratch his nose or something, but the tube rises, too.] Akira-kun. [Shake, shake...nope, not dislodging the tube. Um. Um????]

[other - days go by, i don't know why]
[There's also always the option of finding Minato not getting up to obvious shenanigans. Surprising to some he's actually behaving and not pushing himself too hard. Maybe toeing the line by playing DDR (badly), but for the most part he can in fact be found taking it easy. Books are nice, and...well, he's discovered those gliders and might be investigating them. He should probably not just jump to trying to use one, but....but they're pretty cool...

Finally, in the evenings leading to night, he might be found on the roof, just...watching the sun set, then watching the stars. Watching the moon with a certain solemnity....and probably actually dozing off out here.]

[ And this is how Akira's left, hand slightly lifted. His mouth opens, closes, opens again...

His brow tenses as he very slowly rests a hand against the back of Minato's hand, lowering it back down. It's so he can get a closer look at the damage done. ]

... For the record, I think you're great, and spending time with you is fun. [ small, useless tug ] But we should go look for something to get this off ASAP.

[Oh, hey, mom friend. He still looks kind of tired but he's behaving and getting decent amounts of sleep, we promise. Plus, he always looks kind of tired.]

[ HE DOES, IN FACT, LOOK... and immediately turn bright red? Goodness, Akira, calm down.

As Minato is making a casual pun about it, Akira is covering his face with one hand. Making the words sound just a bit muffled, even if they're still more than loud enough to be heard by both Goro and the person he's now indirectly glued to. ]

Guess you could say I've gotten really... attached to my senpai.

[If there's one thing that biffles are good at, it's about teasing you mercilessly for the dumb, hilarious, embarrassing situations you get into. Morgana slows as he walks past the door, pausing to peer in as he hears a snippet of the conversation.

Naturally, it's his duty to laugh playfully and add fuel to the fire.]

You guys really are inseparable now, huh? I'm almost jealous!

[But not that jealous. Still laughing, Morgana moves to continue on his way. It's not like he can help, with neither thumbs nor solvent, right?]

[Mai steps out onto the roof at night, followed by her little bear robot, which busies himself vacuuming the floor. She gives a small nod.]

Yeah, much better. [He glances her way. It's the tone of voice someone uses when they've been answering the same question for a while - not quite annoyed, but a little bored.] How've you been?

Okay. ...Sorry. [She stares up at the sky. Bear-san snuffles at the floor and creakily toddles forward.] It's nice. Even if it's still hot.

Bear-san. My pet bear-san. ...Now a robot.

[Bear-san looks up as his name is called and plays a voice clip that sounds like a real bear making a curious noise.]

Gliders

[Lin strolled into the glider hanger with the intent of taking one out for a joyride. Because why not?

She saw Minato there and figured he'd had the same idea. It was a good day for it.]

Here, let's try the tandem ones first, then. I think they steer about the same, and I can actually show you first hand, rather than just explaining it and then kicking you out the door and hoping you got it.

[ Yuuri does start as she comes into the kitchen, as it happens, mostly because she's not expecting to see someone just standing there, staring so dead-eyed into the fridge. She hangs back, just in case she's interrupting something but... wow, he really is just standing there, isn't it? ]

... Would I be getting in the way if I started on lunch?

[Once again, his response is a little....delayed. Words. Must find words. Uh...]

[To find Minato in the medbay in a coma had been alarming, to say the least. There was little Shido could do, aside from occasionally checking in on him to see if he'd awakened. As the days passed by, a small pit in his stomach slowly grew.

It's as he's going to the kitchen to attempt making a meal that he sees Minato standing there, and immediately perks up.]

You're awake!

[The tone is a mixture of surprise and relief. Good god kid, the fuck happened to you...]

[A coma caused by something non-magical medicine can't find, at that. And he'd just stayed like that, sleeping, for days. The blood loss and injuries could be fixed, but he wouldn't wake for anything...though in some ways it might be a good thing. At least it ensured he got plenty of rest after getting fixed up.]

Morning. [It's deadpan. He has no idea what time it is.]

Are you alright? You were out for an entire week. [SHIDO? HAS A GREAT CONCERN????]
