The family with healing abilities - the Oracle line of the country Tenebrae - is the counterpart to mine, but I'm afraid I don't much know how their power develops. Unlike ours, not every Nox Fleuret possesses the magic. There's typically only one Oracle at a time, and a child in training. I believe the preference is for eldest daughter, but I'm not terribly certain.
