But it's true, it doesn't quite match up. Apparently people have been here for a month or two already; if this was intentional, there's no reason to take people in waves unless they were dying off. Which doesn't appear to be the case at all. And if what I've been told is to be believed, there's no cameras, curfew, or even outlined set of rules past 'don't destroy things, please'.

It just...doesn't fit, hesitant as I am to take the whole thing at face value.
