An excellent question! As a connoisseur with a refined and discriminating palate myself, I'd have to say..... definitely the beef. The chicken is good, but the breast meat is lean enough that it doesn't get that perfect melt-in-your mouth tenderness as the fat melts. Wouldn't you agree?
