Lin didn't seem particularly impressed or discouraged with Akira's progress. She'd had her share of face plants while learning this one. Eventually, she called it quits for the day.

"We'll stop there, for now. You're doing fine, but at this point I would be very surprised if you could use it to actually protect yourself. So, you know, if you find someone shooting at you I'd recommend sticking with hiding behind something nice and solid."
