An attempt at a simple muffin recipe.

[ "An attempt" because he fully accepts that he's probably far from mastering these things from scratch. The inspection of it is met with absolute zero displeasure; he welcomes any and all forms of critique.

Fortunately, with this particular batch, it isn't a matter of salt replacing the sugar... buuuuut a bit of a chewiness going on with the inside. ]
